We unabashedly admit that we are nuts about the work of Tucson-based holistic health goddess, Judith Lee Cohen, RN, MTh, RCST. More and more we are finding seasoned integrative healers like Judith, with a powerful range of holistic healing tools, making their mark on day-to-day health care.

Initially trained as a nurse with experience in critical care, this grounded, appealing, humorous healer with the big maternal energy went on to become a hugely popular massage therapist and gifted craniosacral therapist, as well as a sophisticated energy medicine practitioner. In fact, BR first became acquainted with her work in the 80’s, when they both were in intensive training with world-class energy healer, Rev. Rosalyn Bruyere, in a secluded monastery in western Massachusetts.

She has also been sited gracing the faculty of Andy Weil’s ground-breaking program in Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona Medical School.

A more recent focus of hers has been on her group, 4-day Birth Process Workshops, a method first developed by Raymond Castellino DC, where people work in an intimate, safe, supportive 7-person group to heal early trauma issues, in a program that integrates energetic bodywork, craniosacral work and psychodynamic personal growth. It’s intense but powerful.

Individual clients in her private practice go from neonates to 90-yr-olds, presenting a variety of issues for her to address. With her seasoned experience as an integrative healer, nurse, craniosacral and medical massage therapist, as well as a pre- and peri-natal therapist, she has an extraordinary amount to offer.
