It includes Balloon Breath; Relaxing Muscles; Relaxing Your Body; Discovering Your Special Place; and Continuing to Relax with Music Only. Charlotte’s voice is very gentle with a lovely, rich timbre, and her imagery exercises are brief enough for very little kids, but they can also blend into each other for a longer experience. A nice complement to Roxanne Daleo’s work with the little ones.
